This is the Enter key. It is also used during system start up to respond to the "OK?" prompts.
It also replies in the affirmative to Yes/No style prompts. Some pages (e.g. Waypoints) will
be shown with a white "Done?" prompt. Pressing Ent here returns the display to the previously
shown page.
